Day 10 of 21: Quick Tips on How to Lose Weight

How to lose weight? This a very common question asked by clients. Sometimes, for them, It seems like for there is another way around than the proper way of losing weight. Unwanted extra body weight are caused by many factors: genetics, nutrition, lifestyle, injuries and many more. These different factors makes it complicated to give someone a universal answer on how to lose weight. However, if you were to ask me for quick tips, here are some I could give:

  • Drink Lots of Water (read the post Drink Up!)

  • Seek advise from your family doctor

  • Hire a Personal Trainer if you can't train yourself

  • Set your goal - make it smart!

  • Avoid weighing yourself everyday

  • Meditate - spend time clearing your mind

  • Eat healthy

  • Reassess lifestyle and make wise decisions

  • Always be learning

  • Surround yourself with motivated people

Since this are all instant tips, they may sound simple. Losing weight is not usually easy. Remember, that hard work pays off. On the other hand, adding smart in to hard work will save you more time. Work hard and work smart!
