Here's a sample workout program in the gym. This is designed for someone who has basic experience in lifting weights in the gym. This can also be used by amateurs to professionals given a modification. Say this client is an adult male, busy at work, doing a construction job 5 days a week. The client wants to dedicate 3-4 days a week in the gym and his goal is to build muscles. He understands the importance of nutrition and needs a workout program to follow in the gym.
