Day 12 of 21: The Foundations of Fitness

Everybody has their own definitions of the word Fitness. For some people, fitness means being healthy. Others will say is going to the gym and looking fit. Whatever fits the meaning of fitness, they can all be true. For myself, I am still trying to define what fitness is. For now, I came up with some foundations that will give fitness a better definition. These are: 1. Nutrition and Water Intake

2. Exercise: Cardiovascular, resistance training, streching, etc.

3. Mental Health - includes motivation, spiritual, goals

4. Physical Health - Skin, Posture, Appearance and Medical Conditions

5. Lifestyle - includes relationships and balancing life
