Being with a Personal Trainer is having someone help you establish your goals, guide your way until you are ready on your own, have accountability and most importantly, a friendship!

THE 365 days daily pushups and squats challenge

For my personal fitness challenge, I decided to complete a 365 days of daily 25 pushups and 25 squats. At the time of writing this text, I am already at day 110. It all happened when the pandemic forced all gyms to shut down.

About me

Fitness has stood out as one of the passions in life among arts, travelling and studying. Following my own success story, I started out seeing myself as the most unfit person that I knew. It got to a point where I did not want to be that person with no goals and very low self-esteem. After hard work and discipline, I have seen improvements in myself over the years and up to this day, I continue to learn and grow in my pursuit of fitness.

My passion for fitness led me to a career in the industry. I have worked in world-class gyms in Vancouver, BC and trained with the best trainers in the city. During this time I became heavily invested in the fitness industry and decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
